While I'm in the seat, I can also run an audit of your SHMS as part of the placement — same person, same site, two pieces of work. It's usually a more useful version of an audit than one done by someone who arrives Monday and leaves Friday.

I help your people pass the SSE exam, but more importantly, I help them understand the *why* underneath it. The exam is the gate. The judgement is the job. Both matter.

SSE Mentoring

Once your people are in the chair, the work doesn't get easier.

SSE mentoring is for the operators who want a thoughtful, and sometimes contrarian, second opinion on the calls they're making.


Offered as a monthly retainer:

  • Unlimited text and email support between sessions.

Mine Management

For shorter-term or transitional work, I can also provide:
