I help your people pass the SSE exam, but more importantly, I help them understand the WHY so that you can fulfill your legal resonpsobilities when you become a SSE.

SSE Mentoring

Once your people are in the chair, the work doesn't get easier.

SSE mentoring is for SSEs who want a thoughtful, sometimes contrarian second opinion on the calls they're making.


Offered as a monthly retainer:

  • Two formal mentoring sessions a month.
  • Unlimited text and email support between sessions.
  • Confidential, frank, and grounded in two decades of doing the job myself.

Mine Management

For shorter-term or transitional work, I can also provide:
